主持中科院人才基金项目，安徽省自然科学基金，地方转移转化项目基金，中科院重点实验室项目及企业委托开发横向项目等项目近10项，作为技术骨干参与国家重点研发计划，中科院重点部署项目，中科院STS项目，安徽省重大专项等项目的研究工作。近年来一直从事高效绝热材料的开发与应用研究，同时开展石墨烯基复合功能材料的基础研究工作。近年来发表学术论文10余篇，论文引用251次。
